Raytheon Selects Themis RES Servers for the
Distributed Adaptation Processor (DAP) Program
11/8/2006, Fremont, CA - Themis Computer
announced today that Raytheon Company will use Themis Rugged
Enterprise Servers (RES) for the Distributed Adaptation Processor
(DAP) deployed on the DDG 1000 next-generation destroyer.
The Navy's DDG 1000 destroyer, developed under the name DD(X),
will lead a class of next-generation, multi-mission surface
combatants tailored for land attack and littoral dominance,
with capabilities designed to defeat current and projected
threats as well as improve battle force defense. Raytheon
will accept delivery of development RES systems in 2006, followed
by an anticipated initial production delivery in 2007, for
the first two DDG 1000 shipsets.

Technology from Themis Computer Selected for Submarine Software
Defined Radio Communications System
6/27/2006, Fremont, CA - Themis Computer announced an agreement
with MEDAV GmbH, an innovative provider of products for signal
analysis, automatic detection and classification, demodulation
and decoding. Themis will provide its Slice technology for
integration by MEDAV into a submarine communication intelligence
system. MEDAV is supplying their tuners, as well as signal
and data processing software, running on Themis Slice
servers. Themis' Slice subrack will be integrated into 19"
bays, with other MEDAV equipment, for this submarine application.
