Themis Names Cornerstone Systems, Inc. as a Reseller of its Quorum Management Appliance

Cornerstone Systems, an IBM Premier Business Partner and infrastructure support solutions provider, to sell Themis' Quorum solutions into IBM systems datacenters

FREMONT, California -- May 15, 2007 --- Themis®, a leading provider of mission critical computing solutions, announced today, that it has signed a reseller agreement with Cornerstone Systems, Inc. to sell Themis' Quorum™, a high availability and workload management appliance.

Themis, an IBM® Business Partner, is teaming up with Cornerstone Systems, a proven IBM solution provider recently recognized for its innovation. On April 1, 2007, Cornerstone Systems, Inc. announced that it was named winner of the "Best IBM System z and eServer zSeries™ Solution" award in the annual IBM PartnerWorld Beacon Awards competition, recognizing IBM Business Partners for their ingenuity, innovation, customer satisfaction and outstanding achievements in providing on demand business solutions. Themis selected Cornerstone because of their excellent reputation of providing reliable, innovative solutions and support.

Quorum is the industry's first policy-based high-availability appliance. Quorum brings real-time high-availability to user applications at a significantly lower cost than traditional high-availability solutions. Sub-second response times provide protection against software and hardware failures without entering the data path. Quorum is based on the CIM/WBEM open standard.
