The RES-22DCX™, a 2 Rack Unit (2RU) Dual-Processor server, combines the robust design of it’s Rugged Enterprise Server (RES) family with the latest low-power, low-voltage, dual and quad core Intel® Xeon® processor. This new system combines Intel dual and quad core Xeon processors with Themis’ advanced thermal and mechanical design techniques. The rugged, expandable RES-22DCX reflects Themis' extensive expertise in designing high performance systems for use in demanding operating environments.

The RES-22DCX 20 inch deep chassis provides a compact Xeon processor-based system. The RES-22DCX can be configured with one or two Intel Dual-Core Xeon 5100 or Quad-Core 5300 series processors. Featuring multiple expansion slots, extensive high speed I/O, and multiple storage options the RES-22DCX allows users versatile configurability and system expansion. The RES-22DCX is easily expanded through the addition of commercially available, off the shelf networking cards, I/O, peripherals and other value-added options to meet current and future system requirements.

To ensure reliable operation in harsh environments, Themis designed the new systems to withstand shock loads of 25G¹ and deliver outstanding performance, flexibility and reliability.
