A New Family of High Performance Quad-Core Servers

Themis' new series of RES XR3 servers now offers commercial users a choice of compact 1RU, 2RU and 3RU systems incorporating Intel® CPUs configured as single or dual processor models. These Themis RES systems are ideal for deployment in demanding Industrial, Data/Telecommunications networks and environments where optional front panel filter door options would be necessary.

    Working with our partners, we select and design into our systems optimized system architecture created to take advantage of the latest power saving technology that produces optimal cooling at all application levels, including;

  • The Intel Xeon processor 5500 series automatically and intelligently
        adjusts server performance according to user application needs for an
        up to 9x performance gain over single-core servers1 at 18 percent less
        operating power.¹

  • Intel Microarchitecture Nehalem helps lower energy costs with
        automated energy-efficiency features that deliver a 5x improvement in power
        management capabilities from the first Intel quad-core server processors:
        5x as many operating states, a 5x reduction in idle power, and 5x faster
        transitions to and from low-power states.²


  • Motherboards designed with leading-edge technology based on
        Intel Xeon processors and high-efficiency components such as
        Voltage Regulator Modules optimized to reduce energy consumption.

        pulse-width modulated fan speed control, structured chassis airflow
