Rugged Switches

Themis NanoSWITCH™ Enterprise Level 2/3 Switch

The Themis NanoSWITCH brings enterprise level layer 2/3 switching to the rugged environments found in military ground, air and sea vehicles, as well as industrial environments such as offshore oil platforms.

Superior Performance and Control

NanoSWITCH™ provides 16x or 10x external GigE ports that operate at rates of 10, 100, and 1000 Mbps with management via web, SNMP or a Command Line Interface (CLI). It features an embedded x86 PC which can be used for custom network applications or optional VICTORY software configuration which further eliminates redundancy and reduces SWaP in Army vehicles.

Superior Performance

The NanoSWITCH supports sophisticated IPv4 and IPv6 routing including tunneling/IP Multicast, VLANS, IETF, IEEE, and DSL forum standards. Quality of Service (QoS) features such as IEEE 802.1 priority tagging, DSCP, and traffic class queues, prioritize traffic to deliver superior performance for real-time applications.

Secure Switching Anywhere

Mercury’s TMS rugged tactical switches securely enable mobile networks on-board vehicle and aircraft platforms to deploy digital network architectures for situational awareness and network centric operations. Applications include:

  • Vehicle network switching
  • Distributed architecture vehicle controller
  • VICTORY compliant switch, router, timing, and control
  • WAN – LAN interconnectivity and firewall

Reliable and Compact

Mercury’s rugged multi-layer GigE switches are SWaP optimized.
